Section 128OFCOM’s annual report

(1) OFCOM must produce and publish an annual report about—

(a)
the exercise of their functions under this Chapter, and
(b)
technology which meets, or is in the process of development so as to meet, minimum standards of accuracy (see subsections (12) and (13) of section 125) for the purposes of this Chapter.

(2) OFCOM must send a copy of the report to the Secretary of State, and the Secretary of State must lay it before Parliament.
